Does the pass work at every partner wash?

Yes — your Shinepass works at every partner wash in our network. There's no per-location lock-in, and the price you pay is identical wherever you are.

What's actually included in a "wash"?

Every plan includes a full exterior wash: foam, pressure rinse, wheels, tyres dressed, and a hand dry. Interior vac and dashboard wipe-down are included on Premium and VIP. Extras like polish, paint sealant or shampoo are available à la carte at member rates.

Can I pause or cancel my subscription?

Anytime, from the app. Pauses keep your seniority and pricing for up to 90 days. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle — no calls, no retention scripts.

How does the valet pickup work?

You hand keys to a vetted, photo-ID-verified Shinepass valet at your pin location. We track the car end-to-end with photo proof at pickup, wash, and return. Every car is fully covered by our partner insurance during transit.

Is there a fair-use limit on washes?

Basic and Premium are fair-use unlimited — we cap "abuse" patterns (more than one wash per 24 hours on the same car) but otherwise you can wash as often as you'd like. VIP includes 8 valet trips per month.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and EFT debit orders. Business accounts can be invoiced monthly with 14-day terms.
